CBTalents is seeking a French-speaking Agent in Athens to moderate content, support users, and help improve AI systems. You will review content for policy compliance and assist with reports of abuse and platform issues.

Responsibilities include customer support via chat, email, and calls, plus contributing to data creation for AI evaluation. A background in moderation or BPO is preferred, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French at C1-C2 level and English at B2 level.
• Experience in customer support, content moderation, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of online culture and social media trends.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure policy compliance.
• Investigate and act on reports of abuse, harassment, IP violations, and other breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls.
