Athens-based team is seeking a French-speaking agent to support content moderation and user care across chat, email and calls. You will help ensure safety and quality for the platform while assisting users and clients.

With 1–2 years of relevant experience and fluent French, you’ll contribute to AI safety improvements by reviewing content and aiding policy enhancements. Relocation support and a competitive salary are available.

Qualifications

• C1–C2 French language proficiency.
• English at least B2 (C1 may be required for some workflows).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, content moderation, BPO, or related fields.
• Familiar with online culture, social media platforms, and internet trends.
• Valid work permit in Greece or EU citizenship.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with standards.
• Investigate and act on reports related to abuse, harassment, IP violations, and policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for inquiries.
• Help improve AI systems by reviewing and classifying content, including complex scenarios.
• Create high‑quality data and prompts to evaluate AI performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate cases and contribute to policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism, objectivity, and attention to detail.
