Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a French-speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role involves assisting French-speaking users with device setup, troubleshooting, and account issues, while delivering high-quality service as part of an international team.

You will receive fully paid training, a relocation package, health insurance, a monthly salary, and a €1,500 signing bonus for new hires joining the Sofia team.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• EU passport (valid).
• Passion for Fitness & Wellness tech.
• Strong problem-solving with a technical aptitude.
• Prior customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class technical and lifestyle support to French-speaking Fitbit users.
• Assist with device synchronization, firmware updates, and account troubleshooting.
• Advise on maximizing fitness tracking using Fitbit analytics and metrics.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with empathetic, efficient communication.
• Collaborate with an international team to improve service quality.
• Document and report user feedback to improve Fitbit UX globally.
• Stay updated on industry trends as a fitness-tech expert.
