Shyfter SA is seeking a proven sales hunter fluent in French and Dutch to accelerate customer acquisition in hospitality and retail sectors. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect, demo, negotiate terms and close new customers, while managing a structured territory and CRM records.

The role involves significant field activity, in-person meetings and remote demonstrations, with a compensation model based on a modest fixed salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and Dutch, written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B new-business sales experience with prospecting and closing.
• Proven track record with targets, attainment and customers won.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from opportunity finding to closing.
• Build pipeline via cold calling, outreach, referrals and field prospecting.
• Run discovery calls and product demonstrations on-site and online.
• Visit hospitality/retail prospects, engage decision-makers and secure meetings.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close new customers.
• Maintain CRM records and provide forecasts; hand over to Success.
• Manage territory, weekly activity and achieve quota.
