Shyfter is seeking a proven sales hunter fluent in French and Dutch to accelerate customer acquisition in hospitality and retail sectors. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect, demo, and close deals across Belgium and beyond, with a mix of field and remote activities.

A strong track record and the ability to generate your own pipeline are essential. You will operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a fixed base salary and substantial commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B new-business sales experience with prospecting and closing.
• Proven, measurable sales track record; discuss targets, attainment and deals.
• Generated a meaningful share of own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from opportunity to close.
• Build pipeline through cold calling, outreach, referrals and field prospecting.
• Conduct on-site and online discovery calls and product demos.
• Understand prospect challenges and map Shyfter value to their business.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close new customers.
• Maintain CRM records and forecasts.
