Cronos Europa is seeking a Senior HR Business Analyst to support a strategic HR initiative in the airline sector. The role demands about 10 years of experience, bridging HR, business analysis, and HRIS, to improve processes and systems. This freelance assignment runs for one month, up to three months, starting asap.

The incumbent will collaborate with HR, business, and IT to gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into user stories while guiding testing and implementation efforts.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of experience in HR, Business Analysis, or HRIS-related roles.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and practices.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with HR technologies and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.
