Cronos Europa is seeking a Senior HR Business Analyst to drive a strategic HR initiative in the airline sector. You will bridge HR stakeholders, business teams and technology partners to improve HR processes, systems and ways of working.

With roughly 10 years of relevant experience, you will translate business needs into functional specifications, support system enhancements, and contribute to HR transformation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years of experience in HR, Business Analysis, or HRIS-related roles.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and practices.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with HR technologies and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Analyst to support a strategic HR initiative within the airline sector. This role requires a professional with approximately 10 years of experience who combines strong HR expertise with solid Business Analysis skills. You will act as the link between HR stakeholders, business teams, and technology partners to improve HR processes, systems, and ways of working.

• Facilitate workshops and liaise with HR, business, and IT stakeholders.


• Review and optimize HR processes and workflows.

Profile Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with HR technologies and HRIS platforms.

Desired Assets

While not required, the following qualifications would be considered an advantage:

• Experience in the airline, aviation, or transportation sector.


• Knowledge of tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HR, Oracle HCM, JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.


• Experience in HR transformation, digitalization, or process optimization projects.


• Ability to start quickly and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
