Cronos Europa invites an experienced Senior HR Business Analyst to join a strategic initiative within the airline sector. The role requires approximately 10 years of experience, combining HR expertise with solid business analysis to bridge HR, business, and technology teams.

You will act as the link between HR stakeholders, business teams, and technology partners to improve HR processes, systems, and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years of experience in HR, Business Analysis, or HRIS-related roles.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and practices.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with HR technologies and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and liaise with HR, business, and IT stakeholders.
• Review and optimize HR processes and workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support HR system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
• Contribute to HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
