Jobat is recruiting on behalf of an international healthcare company headquartered in Zaventem.

As Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will manage the monthly payroll cycle, including salary calculations, benefits, taxes and social security, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the law and internal policies.

You will collaborate with the external payroll provider (e.g. SD Worx) and act as the main contact for payroll and benefits queries, while contributing to HR projects and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the accurate execution of the monthly payroll cycle, including salary calculations, benefits, taxes and social security contributions.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analytics, providing detailed insights into payroll costs, HR trends and other key performance indicators.
• Work closely with the external payroll provider (e.g. SD Worx) to guarantee a smooth and reliable payroll operation.
• Manage and continuously improve processes related to leave, absences and employee benefits (insurance plans, meal vouchers, etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits-related queries, with the ability to clearly explain payroll related processes.
• Actively contribute to HR projects, including initiatives aimed at improving payroll and compensation efficiency and the implementation of new HR tools or solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with social and tax legislation and promote best practices within the payroll function.
