Job summary

Forvis Mazars Group is seeking a seasoned IT procurement leader to define and execute global sourcing across major IT domains, reporting to the Group Head of IT Procurement and partnering with the CIO and RCIO.

This role focuses on vendor consolidation, enterprise agreements, GDPR/compliance, and shaping technology vendor strategy across 100+ countries, including cyber, software, cloud, and hardware.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, consulting, or category leadership roles.
• Practical experience driving global vendor negotiations and enterprise agreements.
• Proven engagement with CIO, CISO, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own category sourcing strategy at a global level for allocated IT categories.
• Build multi-year technology sourcing roadmaps aligned to transformation priorities.
• Lead end-to-end global RFx programs: requirement structuring, evaluations, negotiations.
• Award recommendations to CIO steering committees.
• Develop detailed TCO, benchmarking, volume ramp, and commercial models.
• Lead contract negotiations for cybersecurity, managed and professional services, and hardware.
