Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced IT Procurement and Strategic Sourcing professional to lead large-scale technology sourcing initiatives in regulated environments. You will manage complex supplier relationships, negotiations and governance, partnering with senior stakeholders across finance, risk and IT.

The role requires extensive experience in software, cloud, cybersecurity and services procurement, with a track record of multi-million negotiations and risk-aware decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, payments, or other regulated sectors.
• Proven track record negotiating multi-million technology agreements.
• Strong understanding of commercial, legal, risk and regulatory considerations in tech sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and RFx processes.
• Negotiate complex technology contracts across software, cloud, hardware, and services.
• Advise senior business, legal, risk and finance stakeholders on procurement strategy.
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance and risk mitigation across programs.
• Support renewals, vendor consolidations and governance initiatives.
