Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a Project Engineer with a civil engineering background to coordinate activities from concept through execution at an industrial site.

You will act as the interface between engineering, production and project management, supporting multidisciplinary installations including civil works, mechanical equipment, utilities and electrical systems in a brownfield CAPEX environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or multidisciplinary engineering with civil foundation.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer on industrial CAPEX projects, ideally brownfield.
• Strong civil engineering knowledge with ability to coordinate multidisciplinary activities.
• Excellent coordination and communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).

Job Description

• Coordinate engineering activities from concept and feasibility studies through execution.
• Act as the interface between engineering, production, and project management teams.
• Support the delivery of multidisciplinary installations, including civil works, mechanical equipment, utilities, and electrical systems.
• Monitor project planning, technical coordination, and execution to ensure objectives are met.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of brownfield CAPEX projects within an operational production environment.

The Successful Applicant

• Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, or a multidisciplinary engineering background with a strong civil engineering foundation.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer on industrial CAPEX projects, ideally in brownfield environments.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical activities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
