SThree is seeking a Senior Project Manager Construction Execution & Preparation to lead a major infrastructure project from preparation through execution. You will own critical scopes, drive safety, planning, budget and quality, and coordinate design-to-construction handover.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in Construction or Civil Engineering with 10+ years of construction experience, strong leadership, excellent organizational and communication skills, and fluency in Dutch plus good

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
• Strong experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing project teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Solution-oriented and proactive mindset.
• Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead project teams across major construction and civil engineering works.
• Manage all aspects of your project scope including: Safety, Planning, Budget, Quality, Information management.
• Coordinate the transition from design phase to construction phase.
• Manage interfaces between multiple project areas and contractors.
• Monitor risks, deviations, inspections, and verification activities.
• Ensure efficient project delivery while minimizing environmental and community impact.
• Drive planning, procurement, execution, and successful project handover.
