Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Interim Operations Manager, Plant Manager, or Crisis Manager in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record in operational turnarounds and performance recovery programs.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, action-oriented leader comfortable on the shop floor.
• Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Stabilize day-to-day operations and re-establish operational control across the site.
