Job summary

Insurance Company Antwerp is seeking a Freelance Business Analyst to support the replacement of its Claims Management platform. You will map current claims processes, gather requirements, translate these into user stories and functional specifications, and work closely with Claims, Operations and IT through implementation and UAT.

You will collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth transition and acceptance testing, with 1–2 days onsite in Antwerp.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within the Insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of claims processes.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Willing to work 1–2 days onsite in Antwerp.
