Optimus Search is seeking a freelance Power Electronics Engineer for EV projects in Belgium. You will design and optimise DC-DC converters and inverters, develop motor drive interfaces, and validate performance through simulations. Dutch fluency is required, with hands-on IGBTs/MOSFETs experience and MATLAB/Simulink proficiency.

This contract-based, 6-month rolling project offers a competitive daily rate and the chance to contribute to cutting-edge electrification initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in EV powertrain systems.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink.
• Hands-on experience with IGBTs/MOSFETs.
• Proven freelance or contract project delivery.
