X4 Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Owner for a project at an Antwerp region chemical manufacturing plant in Belgium. The role focuses on owning the electrical package, coordinating electrical scope, and serving as the key contact between client, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery and commissioning.

Responsibilities include coordinating design reviews, procurement, installation, testing, and interfacing with other disciplines.

Qualifications

Experience in electrical packages for large-scale installations.
Proven ability to coordinate electrical, mechanical and civil interfaces.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

Take overall ownership of the electrical package within the project.
Coordinate electrical engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning activities.
Act as the main electrical point of contact for the client and project stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate electrical contractors and suppliers.
Oversee substations, switchgear, transformers, distribution systems and related infrastructure.
Review electrical designs, drawings and specifications.
Monitor progress, quality, safety and compliance of electrical works.
Coordinate interfaces between electrical, mechanical, process, automation and civil disciplines.
Support FAT/SAT, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
Identify and resolve technical issues and project interfaces.
Ensure delivery according to schedule and project requirements.
Participate in site meetings and provide progress updates.
