Jobat is assisting an international organization based in Brussels with Pay Transparency and reward policy rollout. The role leads the Pay Transparency project and ensures the existing job grading framework is applied effectively across the organization.

The position also analyzes compensation practices, translates reward policies into HR processes, supports annual merit and salary reviews, and works with Hay job evaluation to transition grading where needed.

Responsabilités

• Take a leading operational role in the Pay Transparency project and support its practical implementation.
• Work with an existing job grading framework, already validated at executive level, and ensure its effective application.
• Support the rollout and communication of the newly developed Reward Policy.
• Analyze current compensation practices and employment conditions and identify potential gaps or required adjustments.
• Translate Reward policies and frameworks into concrete and workable HR processes.
• Support the annual merit and salary review process.
• Work with Hay job evaluation methodology and support the transition of existing grading practices where required.
• Support the administration and improvement of HR processes.
