Jobat’s client seeks a Freelance IT Business Process Lead to analyze, redesign, and document key business processes with a focus on e-commerce and IT systems. You will map end-to-end processes, assess IT interactions, and drive process improvements across departments.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, act as the interface between Business, IT, and external partners, and support digital transformation initiatives. Governance and standardization will be key priorities.
