In4Matic is seeking a versatile professional to support project delivery across methodology, process improvement, and digitalisation in Belgium. You will analyse business needs, translate them into practical processes and tools, and contribute to implementation, support, reporting, and user adoption.

You will help ensure consistency across multiple projects and programmes while strengthening Q.A. and automation of PM tools.

Qualifications

• University degree or bachelor’s degree in a scientific or management-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis and process improvement.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, including budget, planning, quality, scope, and risks.
• At least 2 years of experience with one or more project management methodologies such as PMP, PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar.
• Strong command of O365 tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP, including Fiori, PS, PM, and MM.

• Prepare and deliver explanations, presentations, and workshops for end users.
• Help maintain coherence between projects and operational support activities across several projects and programmes.
• Work in alignment with the Program Manager and/or the client, while respecting agreed deadlines, budget planning, financial follow-up, and overall scheduling.
• Report clearly and transparently to management and end clients.
• Contribute expertise to the design and implementation of new reporting.
• Use existing project management tools and contribute to their continuous improvement, with a strong focus on digitalisation and automation.
• Support the setup of new project management tools and their interfaces with other tools such as demand, planning, capacity, and request management solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on recurring meetings.

Practical Information
