Human Data Insight Group seeks a part-time Business Excellence Consultant (IT-Focused) to optimize internal processes and support digital transformation for clients, especially in life sciences and healthcare.

The role is remote with occasional travel, reporting to the Innovation Unit, emphasizing process optimization, IT strategy, governance, and KPI development.

Strong IT background, business process expertise, and excellent communication in a distributed team are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process improvement and IT strategy development, preferably in life sciences or healthcare.
• Solid experience with business excellence frameworks and IT project management.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies relevant to consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate IT concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for remote, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Process Optimization: assess and refine workflows to increase efficiency.
• Digital Transformation: advise on technology implementations and digital tools to support business functions.
• IT Strategy and Governance: develop an IT roadmap aligned with business goals, including data management frameworks.
• Performance Metrics: establish and monitor KPIs and benchmarks.
• Change Management: plan and execute change strategies for new processes and technologies.
