Newpharmagroup in Liège is seeking a Freelance Business Controller for a 6-month assignment (Mid-October 2026 – Mid-March 2027) to join our Finance team and turn numbers into actionable insights.

You will partner with the Controlling Manager and business stakeholders to deliver reliable financial information, support decision-making, and drive performance across our Belgium e-commerce healthcare operation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Controlling or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to transform data into business recommendations.
• Advanced Excel; good PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI is a strong asset.
• Well organized, autonomous and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Curious, proactive and eager to challenge status quo.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to monthly closing process and financial reporting.
• Monitor financial performance of business units and prepare management reports.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Consolidate objectives and align with strategy.
• Provide financial recommendations and data-driven insights.
• Improve reporting quality and efficiency.
