Accord Healthcare Europe is recruiting a Finance Officer to manage accounting and controlling for Belgium. You will ensure timely vendor invoicing and payments, maintain master data, process expenses, and support bank reconciliations and closing activities.

You will partner with supply and commercial teams and provide management with timely analytics. The role requires a finance degree, 5+ years of experience, advanced Excel, ERP and BI tool familiarity, and fluency in English, Dutch and French.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance is required.
At least 5 years of experience in finance.
Advanced Excel skills are required.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus).
Experience with BI tools (Power BI) is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Dutch and French.

Responsabilités

Booking vendor invoices accurately and timely; act as point of contact for vendors.
Maintain and update vendor and customer master data.
Process employee expense notes.
Prepare and process payments to vendors and ensure timely payments.
Daily processing of bank transactions and reporting of bank balances.
Record, post, reconcile and report penalties and other financial data.
Perform closing activities (depreciation, accruals).
Sales reporting and analysis (weekly/monthly).
Calculate and analyze discounts and rebates (GTN).
Inventory reconciliation, analysis and reporting; coordinate with supply and commercial teams.
Provide standard and ad hoc analysis (HC, OpEx, P&L) for management.
Plan and control cycle budgeting and forecasts.
