Van de Velde Packaging Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial planning. You will build and maintain financial models, analyze variances, and deliver insights to guide strategic decisions and performance across multiple sites.

The role requires 5+ years in FP&A or related finance, strong Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools. Fluent English and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant FP&A, Controlling or a similar finance role.

• Prepare, manage and monitor budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Develop financial reports and perform variance analyses (actuals vs. budget/forecast).
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through financial and operational data.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, systems and tools.
• Support the consolidation process and ensure timely and accurate financial information.

About the Role

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's financial planning and decision-making processes. Through in-depth analysis, accurate forecasting and insightful reporting, you will provide management with the financial insights needed to drive strategic decisions and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and monitor budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Develop financial reports and perform variance analyses (actuals versus budget and forecast).
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through the analysis of financial and operational data.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, systems and tools.
• Support the consolidation process and ensure timely and accurate financial information.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Controlling or a similar finance role.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with BI and reporting tools is considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
