Van de Velde Packaging Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to position products in the market, drive sales growth and optimise gross margins. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, collaborating with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Innovation to deliver campaigns, product assortment, pricing, packaging, and promotions.

• Proven experience in marketing, product management, brand management, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

• Develop targeted marketing plans for products, divisions, and regions in line with the company's commercial objectives.
• Translate marketing plans into concrete actions covering product assortment, pricing, packaging, promotion, advertising, and communication.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate marketing projects and activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Organise and manage national and international events, trade fairs, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility and support sales.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies and market research providers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Innovation teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

About the Role

Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives to successfully position products in the market, drive sales growth, and optimise gross margins. The role combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on execution and close collaboration across departments and external partners. The Marketing Manager will be reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer.

Your Profile
