Robert Half Talent Solutions in Brussels is seeking an FP&A Manager (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels. You will lead multi-year planning, consolidate inputs across segments, and provide strategic analyses to the Executive Committee and Board.

You will partner with local CFOs and group executives, challenge assumptions and drive cross-functional FP&A contributions. A strong IFRS background (IFRS17/ Solvency II) and 8+ years of FP&A experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Commercial Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, performance management, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, IFRS reporting principles; IFRS17 and Solvency II is a strong asset.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights, strategic recommendations and executive messages.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for an FP&A Manager (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is an international company active in the insurance sector.

As FP&A Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

• leading the Group's multi-year financial planning, forecasting and target-setting processes;
• consolidating inputs from business segments into an integrated financial plan and monitoring performance against budget and strategic targets;
• preparing high-level performance reviews and strategic financial analyses for senior leadership, including the Executive Committee and Board of Directors;
• acting as a senior business partner to local CFOs and Group executives by challenging assumptions, identifying risks and providing actionable insights;
• driving benchmarking, cross-functional collaboration and FP&A contributions to key governance and decision-making forums.

The required profile for the FP&A Manager (m/f/x) position:

• you hold a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Commercial Sciences or a related field;
• you have at least 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, performance management, business controlling, corporate finance or management reporting;
• you have a strong understanding of financial planning, IFRS reporting principles and key insurance performance drivers; knowledge of IFRS 17 and Solvency II is a strong asset;
• you are able to translate complex financial information into clear insights, strategic recommendations and executive-level messages;
• you combine strong analytical skills, sound business judgment and excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
