Job summary

Board of Innovation is offering a 6-month traineeship for early-career talent to dive into AI-driven growth and innovation. You’ll work on client projects, develop skills to move into a Junior AI Strategist role, and gradually lead parts of projects with ownership from day one.

You’ll join a small, fast-moving team in Antwerp, report to a senior leader, and gain exposure to live client engagements, from insights to final delivery, with a clear development track and monthly coaching.

Qualifications

• Curious about growth and AI and how it reshapes innovation, marketing and sales.
• Experience through studies, internships or personal projects in innovation or AI is useful.
• Ability to learn quickly, structure problems and take ownership.
• Start-up or entrepreneurial experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of your work by building analysis and presenting it.
• Take full ownership of key project deliverables and support client workstreams.
• Conduct AI-powered research to uncover insights, market patterns and growth opportunities.
• Help design AI-driven tools, prototypes or workflows (often no-code).
• Translate complex problems into clear logic, structures and outputs.
• Create slides, frameworks and deliverables to help clients make decisions.
• Contribute to internal learning, experimentation and models that advance BOI’s AI offering.
