Agoda is seeking a senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics for its Flights marketing initiatives. You will design experiments, analyze large datasets, and translate findings into actionable insights for growth.

You will partner with Marketing, Flights product, and data teams, mentor junior analysts, and help shape data-driven strategies across channels. Strong SQL/Tableau skills, 8+ years of experience, and a global tech-driven culture are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analyst roles or large-scale data projects, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or Economics/Finance.

Responsabilités

• Define marketing analytics strategy for Flights and drive growth across channels (CRM, paid) through data-driven insights.
• Lead end-to-end analyses of large datasets, develop hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests), and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Flights product and data teams to identify opportunities, interpret trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
