Hostinger is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to evaluate marketing spend, build attribution and reporting, and deliver insights that guide our channels. You’ll shape processes from the ground up, collaborate with the marketing team, and bring structure where it’s needed most.

Your day-to-day includes turning data into game-changing insights, owning analytics projects end-to-end, and partnering with marketing leaders across Affiliates, Influencers, PPC, SEO and Product Marketing to identify

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data/marketing analytics
• Hands-on SQL with dashboards
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau)
• Solid understanding of marketing channels and attribution
• Strong business acumen and commercially oriented
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Results-driven with high analytical quality
• Experience with Python or A/B testing (bonus)

Responsabilités

• Turn data into insights to drive growth and data-informed decisions.
• Own analytics projects end-to-end from approach to insights and measuring impact.
• Get hands-on with data using SQL, Tableau, and various AI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize it while ensuring data integrity.
• Partner with marketing leaders across Affiliates, Influencers, PPC, SEO, Product Marketing and other teams to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data Platform team to ensure data availability, improve analytical workflows and deliver scalable solutions.
