Poppy is looking for a Parts & Warehouse Assistant to support our fleet operations in Vilvoorde, Belgium. This role is vital for ensuring timely ordering and delivery of automotive parts, supporting mechanics, and managing warehouse tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of experience in a logistics and/or back office role, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of English and French, Dutch is a strong plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and mechanics.

Responsabilités

• Review daily needs for automotive parts and evaluate which are required.
• Place orders and monitor delivery times to ensure parts arrive when needed.
• Organize the warehouse and maintain accurate stock tracking.
