About the Role

Ready to reinforce our Poppy Operations team? As a Parts & Warehouse Assistant, you will keep the engine running and play a critical role in keeping our fleet on the road. You are the operational link between our fleet depot and our suppliers. Do you enjoy making sure the right automotive parts are ordered and delivered on time? Your Responsibilities

Daily Ordering & Evaluation

• Review daily needs based on input from the fleet depot and use your automotive knowledge to evaluate exactly which parts are required.
• Place daily orders for automotive parts through our established supplier channels and digital systems.
• Monitor delivery times and follow up on orders to ensure parts arrive exactly when needed.

Stock & Warehouse Management

• Receive incoming parts, verify shipments against delivery notes and register them accurately in our system.
• Organize the warehouse, ensuring every part is stored in the correct and optimal location.
• Keep stock tracking up to date and flag any inconsistencies.

Mechanic & Fleet Depot Support

• Prepare and pick the necessary parts and kits for our Maintenance and Diagnostic Mechanics so they can start their interventions immediately.
• Act as the internal go‑to person for the team regarding parts availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Your Profile

• You bring around 3 years of experience in a similar logistics and/or back office role, ideally within the automotive industry.
• You have an excellent knowledge of English and French. Knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus.
• You have a strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and mechanics.
• You are structured, have an eye for detail and are accurate in administrative follow‑up.
• You are proactive, like to keep things moving and work closely with the mechanics to minimize vehicle downtime.
• You are able to manage the warehouse flows and daily ordering independently.
