Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is seeking a Team Leader Configuration & Marshalling to guide the daily work of the configuration and marshalling team within the MRO environment at Brussels Airport. You will report to the Completion Manager and ensure tasks are allocated, resources prioritized, and quality standards are met.
You should have strong knowledge of aircraft engine components, ERP/IT proficiency, and fluency in French and English.

To strengthen our Supply Chain department, we are looking for a Team Leader Configuration & Marshalling. The Configuration & Marshalling Team Leader ensures effective preparation, coordination, and follow-up of the team's activities in compliance with company standards and procedures. The role involves allocating work according to weekly objectives and priorities set by the Completion Manager, while also actively participating in daily operational activities and supporting the team when required.
