Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is seeking a Team Leader Configuration & Marshalling to guide the daily work of the configuration and marshalling team within the MRO environment at Brussels Airport. You will report to the Completion Manager and ensure tasks are allocated, resources prioritized, and quality standards are met.

You should have strong knowledge of aircraft engine components, ERP/IT proficiency, and fluency in French and English.

• Secondary education or equivalent experience is required.
• Knowledge of aircraft engine components.
• Understanding of quality systems and processes.
• ERP and IT proficiency is required.
• Awareness of logistics risks and ability to manage priorities.

Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem & Steenokkerzeel, Belgium), specialized in the inspection, maintenance and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the latest generation of the Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body families. To strengthen our Supply Chain department, we are looking for a Team Leader Configuration & Marshalling. The Configuration & Marshalling Team Leader ensures effective preparation, coordination, and follow-up of the team's activities in compliance with company standards and procedures. The role involves allocating work according to weekly objectives and priorities set by the Completion Manager, while also actively participating in daily operational activities and supporting the team when required.

Your role: Reporting to the Completion Manager your main tasks and responsibilities are: Team Management:

Profiel

Your profile:

• Secondary education or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of aircraft engine components
• Understanding of quality systems and processes
• ERP and IT proficiency
• Awareness of logistics risks
• Able to manage priorities and urgent issues
• Able to identify anomalies and suggest improvements
• Working knowledge of French and English required
