Editx is seeking a First Line Support Engineer to support telecom solutions in Belgium and beyond. You will handle technical issues by phone or tickets, monitor networks, and assist with the initial configuration of network equipment for diverse clients.

You will work with a technical team to deliver reliable IP and telecom services, ensuring quick resolutions and proactive customer care across industries such as healthcare and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical customer support for IP/telecom environments.
• Familiarity with WiFi, VoIP, IPTV networks.
• Ability to configure network equipment and integrate into customer environments.

Responsabilités

• Handle and resolve customer technical issues via phone or ticketing system.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of network systems such as WiFi, VoIP, IPTV.
• Assist in the initial configuration of network equipment.
• Provide proactive and reactive support to customers with the technical team.
• Identify and document technical problems and contribute to improvements.
