WARREN is hiring a Marketing Lead to shape our narrative, build a lean but high-impact marketing team, and drive demand across brand, content, and events. You’ll partner with Sales and Product to scale Warren from Belgium to international markets, balancing regulatory credibility with bold, modern positioning.

You’ll own brand storytelling, digital growth, flagship events, and content leadership, creating a cohesive, high-velocity marketing engine that turns complex pensions and fintech concepts

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience
• Strategic generalist across brand, content, performance, events, web
• Team builder with coaching experience
• Proficient in leveraging AI for content, research, and operations
• Data-driven with KPIs and rapid adaptation
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French a plus
• Comfortable navigating a regulated environment
• Motivated to scale from Belgium to international markets
