Leadout is seeking a seasoned consultant to own client assignments from analysis to execution, turning data and contracts into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You will bring structure to ambiguous technology, sourcing and commercial questions, and act as a trusted advisor to senior IT stakeholders to translate challenges into solutions.

Fluent in English, you’ll spot opportunities to grow value across fast-paced, international projects and coach colleagues in a scale-up

Qualifications

• A few years of consulting/advisory/project-based experience
• Analytical and pragmatic with a proven sense of ownership
• Known for clarity, structured thinking, turning strategy into action
• Able to build trust quickly with IT leadership
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international context
• Fluent in English (Dutch or French a plus)

At Leadout, you help high-profile clients bring structure to complex technology, sourcing and commercial landscapes. You take ownership of decisions that shape long-term value, risk and partnerships, working close to senior IT stakeholders and the finance and procurement teams they work with.

This is advisory work at its core: turning ambiguity into clarity, data into insight, and strategy into action. You don't need a background in our specific domains. If you bring solid consulting experience, structured thinking and a natural sense of ownership, we'll help you build the rest.

Requirements

• A few years of experience in consulting, advisory, or a project-based environment (any sector)

• Able to build trust quickly with IT leadership and their key stakeholders


• You thrive in a fast-paced, international context


• Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus)
