Leadout is seeking a FinOps Lead to own and scale a client-facing practice in Belgium. You will define the service vision, lead executive client relationships, and drive commercial growth from an established base toward market leadership.

As Senior Manager or Director, you will build and mentor a high-performance team, own revenue, utilization and margins, and represent Leadout through thought leadership and industry presence.

Formación

• Senior Manager or Director level in consulting or professional services.
• Proven commercial track record: pipeline, closing work, client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and enterprise-scale engagements.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define the FinOps service vision, portfolio and go-to-market approach.
• Own client relationships at executive level and lead engagements end to end.
• Grow the practice commercially from existing accounts to new business.
• Own practice revenue, utilisation and margin performance.
• Build and develop the team as the practice scales.
• Represent Leadout externally through thought leadership and community presence.
