Financial Planning & Analysis Controller
As an FP&A controller, you support the controlling department in providing accurate financial information and insights by assisting with budgeting, reporting (systems ) and analysis. This role provides broad exposure to finance across LLBG and opens the door to a variety of future career opportunities in a growing company.
- You takeownership of the FP&A processes within the Controlling department:
- You support month-end and year-end closing activities from an FP&A perspective.
- You support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- You collect,validate, andconsolidatefinancial and operational datafor non-financial reporting(e.g.CSRD)
- You take ownershipof completeness and accuracy of data and areactively involved in improving data collection.
- You contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
- You supportthe business controllers with intuitive reports, clear analyses &conclusionsand technical support.
- You contribute to ad hoc financial analyses andprojects.
- Youassistwith reporting systemsand as such you show a strong interest in understanding the data structureand links.
You'll be reporting directly to the FP&A Manager alongside the current FP&A controllers in Ninove.
- You hold a Master's degree in Business, Economics or a related field and have 3-5 years of relevant experience in controlling and/or FP&A positions.
- You have a strong interest indata crunching, sustainability, streamlining processesandcombine this with the ability tothinkhigh leveland synthesize.You can work in an independent wayanddemonstratea 'can-do' spirit,ownershipand commitment.
- You work in a structured approach, think in milestones and deadlines, acts accordingly and andare able toworkin a project-based approach.
- You are fluent in Dutch & English (both written and spoken)
- You have strong ITskills(Excel,Powerpoint),and a strong interest in reporting tools. Knowledge of SAP & Power BI is an advantage.
