You will oversee closing activities, analyze operational results, and ensure accurate financial processes across Belgium, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years as a Finance Controller, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in producing reliable financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of general and analytical accounting.
• Proficient in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
• Strong Excel skills; SAP familiarity advantageous.

Financial Controller

Department description and responsibilities

The mission is to support business operations in Belgium by ensuring the smooth execution and follow-up of operational activities, contributing to performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial management. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance.

Project description:

• Execute and coordinate closing activities
• Perform analysis of operational results and provide relevant reporting.
• Ensure follow-up of operations in Belgium.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of operational processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to operational performance.
• Support data validation and reporting activities.

Technical profile requirements

• 3-5 Years experience as Finance controller.
• In-depth knowledge of general and analytical accounting.
• Proficient in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
• Experience within Industrial environment is a strong plus.

Methodology/Certification requirements

• Client sites in Brussels
• Minimum 3 days/week onsite presence required

• Start date: ASAP
• Initial contract until end of 2026
