Job summary

WDP - Warehouses with brains in Meise, Belgium seeks a Financial & Business Controller to bridge Finance and operations, overseeing regional financial performance through reporting, analysis and business partnering across sites.

You will collaborate with Finance and operations teams, bringing analytical, data-driven insights and supporting digitalisation and AI initiatives. A master’s degree and several years in financial control are expected, with strong Excel and reporting-tool experience.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in finance or a closely related field.
Several years of relevant experience in financial control, audit or another finance role.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to data processing.
High proficiency in Excel; experience with reporting tools preferred.
Fluent Dutch and English communication.
Structured, initiative-taking mindset in a fast-growing, international environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the financial performance of multiple WDP regions.
Combine financial control, reporting and analysis with a strong business partnering role.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and operational departments.
Drive digitalisation, automation and AI initiatives within finance.
