Job summary

JH Partners in Belgium is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to work directly with the CFO, driving strategic programmes and shaping budgets and performance metrics across the international group.

You will redesign finance processes to increase speed and efficiency, and lead cross-functional initiatives with HR, Procurement and IT. This role offers CFO-level exposure in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial pharmaceutical group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a top-tier strategy consulting, audit or transaction services firm with hands-on experience in finance transformation, M&A or systems deployment.
• Fluent English. French and/or Dutch is a strong plus.
• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CFO, driving strategic programmes: setting goals and milestones, tracking progress.
• Design the frameworks that shape how the group budgets and monitors financial performance.
• Rethink and digitalise finance processes to make services faster, leaner and more effective across the network.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects with HR, Procurement and IT alongside senior finance leaders.
• Build the future finance team through succession planning and training programmes.
