EY Belgium is seeking Business Analysts / Functional Analysts to drive business and functional analysis within the financial services sector. You will leverage your expertise to shape client transformations, working across agile teams and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

The role targets 1 to 6 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree, and proficiency in BPMN/UML, Jira, and Confluence. Dutch or French fluency with strong business English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, IT).
• 1 to 6 years of consulting or financial services experience.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
• Knowledge of BPMN/UML and agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with strong business English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze AS-IS business processes and identify gaps in alignment with target architecture and objectives.
• Elicit requirements through workshops with stakeholders and validate functional/non-functional needs.
• Assist in defining functional specs and TO-BE processes using BPMN or UML.
• Bridge between business and IT to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
• Prepare use cases and test scenarios; support validation against requirements.
• Assist with user training and adoption strategies for new solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and transformation practices.
