Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Governance, Regulatory Advisory or Consulting.
• Proven track record leading large transformation programs and managing senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex compliance, regulatory, risk, and governance transformation projects across banking sector.
• Define project vision, outcomes, delivery approach, governance structure, and success measures.
• Manage multidisciplinary consulting teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and challenges.
• Drive executive stakeholder engagement and facilitate decisions at senior management and board levels.
• Support clients in designing operating models and governance frameworks.
