Actiris is seeking a Finance Controller to ensure financial transparency, control, and insight from day one. The role is a plug-and-play position, operating autonomously with limited onboarding from Brussels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a Finance Controller role, a strong P&L and cash flow knowledge, advanced Excel, and ERP experience, and is fluent in Dutch, French, and English. You will join an international, technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5+ years experience as Finance Controller or similar role.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Able to work independently and accurately in a complex environment.
• Hands-on, proactive, and pragmatic mindset.
• Comfortable in an international and technical context.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analysis of costs, margins, and performance.
• Supporting management with financial insights and decision-making.

The company focuses on the sales, service, and technical support of advanced powertrain, transmission, and chassis technologiesfor passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial applications. From Brussels, they support mobility solutions delivered worldwide.

Your role

As a Finance Controller,you play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, control, and insight across the organization. This is a plug-and-play role: you are operational from day one and work autonomously with limited onboarding.
