Your role includes monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and compliance with internal and external requirements. This position is operational from day one and requires minimal onboarding.

The company focuses on the sales, service, and technical support of advanced powertrain, transmission, and chassis technologies for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial applications. From Brussels, they support mobility solutions delivered worldwide.

Your role

As a Finance Controller, you play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, control, and insight across the organization. This is a plug‑and‑play role: you are operational from day one and work autonomously with limited onboarding.

• Monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analysis of costs, margins, and performance
• Supporting management with financial insights and decision‑making
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external requirements
• Preparing audits and improving internal controls
• Acting as a sparring partner for operational and technical stakeholders
