Job summary

Paulig is seeking a Finance Accountant based in Roeselare, Belgium to support our Belgian finance operations and multi-entity close processes. You will process invoices, manage supplier records and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings within the Paulig Group.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting with 3+ years of relevant experience, Dutch and English fluency, and strong Excel/ERP skills (Dynamics AX or M3). French is a plus and you will join an international team.

• Hands-on mindset and ability to own tasks and projects.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.

Your role in the blend At Paulig, we are looking for an Finance Accountant to support our finance operations in Belgium and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes across multiple entities within the Paulig Group.

In this role, you will:

• Process and record invoices for goods and services.
• Ensure accurate supplier administration.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities for several Paulig Group entities.

• Contribute to the optimization of financial processes and support the implementation of new financial systems and tools.

Your key ingredients To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• A structured way of working and strong attention to detail
• A hands-on mindset and the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is considered an asset.
• Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or M3.
