Paulig Group is seeking a Finance Accountant to support financial operations in Belgium and contribute to improving processes across multiple entities. You will work under the local Finance Manager and collaborate with colleagues across Europe, handling invoicing, closing tasks, tax declarations and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 3+ years of relevant experience, Dutch and English fluency, strong Excel skills, and ERP know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Structured way of working with strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; French is an asset.
• Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel and ERP experience (Dynamics AX or M3).

Responsabilités

• Process and record invoices for goods and services.
• Ensure accurate supplier administration.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities for several Paulig Group entities.
• Prepare tax and other declarations, including VAT, corporate income tax and Intrastat reporting.
• Support the annual audit process.
• Contribute to the optimization of financial processes and the implementation of new financial systems and tools.
