Paulig is seeking a Finance Accountant based in Roeselare, Belgium to support our Belgian finance operations and multi-entity close processes. You will process invoices, manage supplier records and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings within the Paulig Group.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting with 3+ years of relevant experience, Dutch and English fluency, and strong Excel/ERP skills (Dynamics AX or M3). French is a plus and you will join an international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Structured approach with strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on mindset and ability to own tasks and projects.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process and record invoices for goods and services.
• Ensure accurate supplier administration.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities for several Paulig Group entities.
• Prepare tax and other declarations, including VAT, corporate income tax and Intrastat reporting.
• Support the annual audit process.
• Contribute to optimizing financial processes and implement new financial systems and tools.
