Elysia-Raytest in Liège region is seeking a Field Service Engineer with IT knowledge to install, qualify, train and maintain analytical equipment at customer sites. You will support IT integration, assist QA/R&D, and investigate software issues while liaising with customers to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires strong French and English, willingness to travel Europe and internationally (up to 50% initially, then ~25%), and a driving license. A Bachelor/Master in relevant fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level in Computer Sciences, technical field, sciences or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Databases (SQL Server), Operating Systems and Networking.
• Programming skills are highly appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Execute installation activities, including qualifications, at customer locations.
• Train customer personnel on our equipment.
• Perform modifications, service, repair and maintenance on customer locations.
• Support IT integration within customer infrastructure.
• Assist QA and R&D for software development and validation.
