TDK SOLUTIONS is seeking a field service ICT engineer responsible for installations, repairs, upgrades, and modifications of desktops, laptops, and printers. You will start from home in Hasselt, collect spare parts from a local warehouse, and travel to the first client with daily planning provided the day before.

The role is hardware-focused and requires Windows OS and networking knowledge, with backups/restores of servers as part of tasks.

Qualifications

• Hardware oriented role requiring good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and networking.
• Experience with maintaining and repairing printers is a plus.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage stock and administration of spare parts.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, upgrade and modify desktops, laptops and printers.
• Receive and execute work plan; travel to clients from Hasselt; coordinate with dispatchers.
• Maintain inventory records and prepare spare parts/ change parts for updates or repairs.
