Edwards Vacuum, part of the Atlas Copco Group, seeks a Field Service Engineer for the Benelux region. The role involves installation, commissioning and maintenance of Edwards Vacuum products, with frequent travel across Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands and some European travel.

A strong customer-orientation and mentoring skills are key. Ideal candidates have a mechanical/electromechanical/electronics degree and at least 2 years in field service, plus fluency in English and Dutch; French

Formación

• Degree in mechanical, electromechanical or electronics.
• Minimum 2 years in a field service role, ideally customer-facing.
• Willing to travel across the region, including overnight stays and occasional Europe travel.
• English and Dutch language skills required; French desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Edwards products to high standards.
• Travel across Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands with overnight stays; some Europe travel.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted technical partner.
• Lead advanced fault-finding and resolve issues within agreed timeframes.
• Promote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in all activities.
• Mentor team members and deliver training to customers.
• Document service activities accurately and manage workflows in Edwards systems.
